All orders are processed within 1–2 Business Days after payment confirmation.

Orders are processed only on business days (Monday to Saturday), excluding public holidays.

Once your order has been processed and dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your shipment details and tracking information.

Please note that processing times may be extended during:

  • Festivals and public holidays

  • Unexpected operational delays

  • High order volumes

2. Shipping Methods

Available shipping methods include:

3. Delivery Timeframes

Estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • Metro Cities: 2–5 Business Days

  • Other Cities & Towns: 3–7 Business Days

  • Remote Areas: 5–10 Business Days

Delivery estimates begin after your order has been dispatched.

Please note that delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on your location and courier partner.

4. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated during checkout.

  • Standard Shipping: ₹99

  • Express Shipping (where available): ₹199

  • Free Shipping: On all orders above ₹999

Any applicable shipping charges will be clearly displayed before you complete your purchase.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive:

  • A shipping confirmation email

  • Your tracking number

  • A tracking link

You can use the tracking information to monitor your shipment's progress.

  • The package may be returned to us.

8. Failed Delivery Attempts

If delivery cannot be completed after multiple attempts by the courier partner:

  • The shipment may be returned to Kichon Store.

  • We will contact you to arrange re-delivery.

If your package arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date.

  • Photos of the package (if applicable)

  • A brief description of the issue

We will work with the courier partner to investigate and provide an appropriate resolution.

10. International Shipping

Currently, Kichon Store ships only within India.

We do not offer international shipping at this time. We may expand our delivery network in the future, and any updates will be posted on our website.
